The recent release of data stolen from the infidelity dating site Ashley Madison has generated conversations worldwide about online privacy, adultery and, of course, divorce. For those who have been deeply hurt by the leaked data and are thinking about a divorce, they may have questions… Is it legal for someone who learns of his/her spouse’s infidelity through this hack to use it in divorce case? Is adultery even relevant in divorce cases in Florida?
